Size Guide

For the most accurate information on sizing for particular items, please refer to our product descriptions, measurements, and model specs.  

We recommend looking at the Measurements tab before purchasing as this will assure you have the perfect fit!

HOW WE MEASURE

We measure all of our items on a Flat Surface from seam to seam.

TOPS / DRESSES

• Length: Measure length of the top from shoulder seam to end of shirt 
• Bust: Measures across the chest of the top from underarm seam to underarm seam and then doubled 
• Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the sleeve

BOTTOMS

• Rise: Measure from the inner crotch seam to the top of the waistband 
• Tip: Measure the rise before the waist so you can see where the waistband will sit on your body!
• Waist: Measure the waistband from side to side and then double
• Hips: Measure the widest part from side to side and then double
• Inseam: Measure from the inner crotch seam to the bottom hem of the leg

FINDING *YOUR* PERFECT FIT

TOPS / DRESSES

• Click on the size you are interested in and check out the bust measurement. Measure on yourself around the largest part of your bust and this number should correspond to the size you want.
• Keep in mind, a lot of oversized looks have a larger bust. To see if this will fit how you like, we recommend comparing the measurements to a similar top you have in your closet! 
• If you are wanting to know how long the top/dress is, look at the “length” measurement. Measure on yourself from your shoulder down the length measurement to see where the top will hit on you. 

BOTTOMS

• For the waist: Click on the size you are interested in, and look at the “rise” measurement. Measure on yourself where the crotch inseam would hit up the rise measurement to your waist. This is where the waistband will hit. From there, measure around your waist to see if your measurement aligns with the waistband size of the bottoms. 
• For the length: The best way to determine the length, is to use the inseam measurement. Measure on yourself from where the crotch inseam would hit down the inseam measurement. This will show you where the pants will hit on you.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of  unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 30 days* of the purchase date for store credit.

OVERVIEW: 

• Returns are for STORE CREDIT only and issued via email as an E-gift card.

• All returns must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date.

• Items should be  unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

• Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

• Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a damage, incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

• FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See list below.

FINAL SALE:

• Sale Category or items discounted 30% or greater
• BOGO, B2G2, Mystery Bags, Doorbusters, etc.
• Face Masks
• Gift Cards
• Hats or Hair Accessories
• Intimates, Tights or Hosiery
• Jewelry
• Personalized or Custom made-to-order items
• Swimwear missing, unattached sanitary liner
• **Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale. 

RETURNS

The Mint Julep Boutique accepts Returns *within 30 days* of the purchase date. 

• Eligible returns are for STORE CREDIT only. Store credit is issued in the form of a shopthemint.com E-gift card.
• No refunds will be issued.
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. 
• All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.  

ONLINE RETURN PORTAL (Domestic Orders):

Or, you can login to your account and start the return process directly from your order history. 

• Enter your Order Number and Billing Zip Code.
• You will be presented with your order history. Select the product you wish to return.
• Select a reason for the return and then click on E-gift card.
• If an item says “contact customer service” this means it is FINAL SALE and isn’t eligible for return.
• Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return.
• Review and verify your selections and submit your return.
• Print out the packing list and include with your return. Make sure the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). 
• Please visit your local Package Carrier to purchase a return label.
• It's very important that you keep your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

**If you don’t see the E-gift card in your email inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder.

PRINTED RETURN FORM (International Orders):

If you are an International Customer, you can complete the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with the item(s) you are returning. 

• Please visit your local Package Carrier to purchase a return label. It's very important that you keep your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return.
• Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this!

RETURN POLICY FAQ's 

GIFT CARD / STORE CREDIT

If your gift card or store credit isn’t showing in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. 

• E-gift card codes and store credit codes will expire 5 years from the date issued.
• If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. 
• Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. 

ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER

We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact our customer service team immediately and include both order numbers in your message. We will do our best to waive the shipping fee on this additional order.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions.
