Job description:
The Mint Julep Boutique is looking for a full-time or a part-time Video Editing Marketing Intern.
As the Video Editing Marketing Intern, you work closely with our marketing team to edit Reels and TikTok video content that drives engagement, clicks, and sales across all three brand lines.
This role offers hands-on experience editing:
- Short-form organic content (Reels + TikToks)
- Paid social video ads (Meta + TikTok)
Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form vertical video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Edit and optimize video ads for paid media campaigns
- Select strong hooks, pacing, and product order based on strategy
- Use performance data (best sellers, sales numbers, ad results) to inform editing decisions
- Repurpose footage into multiple variations for testing
- Organize and manage video assets
- Assist with scheduling content (as needed)
- Implement feedback quickly and accurately
