We are seeking:

A creative and technically skilled AI Digital Marketing Associate to elevate our marketing efforts by leveraging AI tools to design engaging, trend-forward content.

The AI Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-powered marketing content across digital platforms. This role blends creativity with technical expertise—using AI to generate compelling visuals, copy, campaigns, and personalized shopping experiences that resonate with our customers. She will be responsible for but not limited to: 

Responsibilities:

  • Use AI tools to create marketing assets including product descriptions, blog posts, ad copy, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Design AI-generated imagery, graphics, and videos tailored to brand aesthetics and seasonal collections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and launch AI-driven campaigns that boost engagement, conversion rates, and customer loyalty.
  • Develop personalized recommendations and customer interactions using AI-powered tools.
  • Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance content quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience using AI tools for content creation, design, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for fashion trends and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand marketing.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of prompts and fine-tuning AI tools.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills.
